Can i change the lens color from rose to grey?

Not that I know of. I don’t think these have interchangeable lens. But why would you want to? These glasses have very true to color - you don’t see anything “rose”. These are the best glasses I have ever bought.

How can I get these with a prescription?

Find an eye glass vendor that sells MJ's or ask if they retrofit.
