is this specifically for your jewels or do you use it all over your body?

Chassis Premium Ice Body Powder was engineered specifically for down there. However, we have heard from many of our happy consumers who report using it successfully on other parts of their body to combat chafing, irritation and odor.

Is the difference between the Ice version and the regular just more cooling power?

I bought the "ICE" version, and there was no cooling action at all. I ended up returning the powder because Gold Bond works better, in my opinion.
