Yes. It's normal. I am currently enjoying your second half as we speak. I would weigh the container as it's the only true way of knowing if you got shorted.

Is this BCAA Lactose free?

Yes it is, no problems what so ever just make sure you drink enough water when taking them so they end up in your stomach if not you might burp and might taste the BCAA powder :) hope this helps!

Is one serving actually enough? I heard you need 10g of BCAA before workout. One serving only has 1g...

2.5 grams of leucine is the proven amount needed to trigger protein synthesis. That's 5g total or 10 pills. I'm not sure why the doses on these are so small but I figure if an 80 pound asian girl needs 2.5g of leucine then going with more BCAAs would probably serve you better. That's an insane amount of pills but this is to avoid using the powder that stinks and tastes awful. Obi Obadike recommends 10g of BCAA pre and post Workout. 20g of BCAAs is 40 pills!
