The item description is different.** A: I only saw the beige one when I ordered therefore I know nothing about a blue one. **Q: where can I buy a pump for my Hongjing back belt?** A: We don't have sell separate pump, if you want an one, please contact us via your order. **Q: how do you use this? how does it work?** A: Secure it tight around the lower back where you feel pain. If you want it tighter, pump air in it until you are satisfied. If you feel like too much air was pumped in the belt, there is a plastic key like in one of the pockets inside the belt to release some air. The manufacturer does not recommend sleeping with it but I was in such pain I lied down and slept with it. In my case, it seems like the lowest vertebrae shifted out of alignment, after about 4 months wearing the belt, I felt the vertebrae moved back into alignment and since then I rarely need to wear the belt. Back pain doesn't necessarily occur because of a vertebrae that shifted out of alignment.
