The roller is really good quality abs the green stick is really useful. The balls are a bit plasticky but for the price all coming in a bag it’s great. Arrived really quickly aswell

It's a great pack of accessories to do a message on ones own body. The Foam Roller is very hard and intense, I would say don't purchase it unless you don't care about the foam roller that's included in the pack. If you do care then I would suggest to buy a foam roller soft or semi hard separate and purchase this pack as well if you want the minor accessories that come with it and keep the hard foam roller for the future when you're ready to upgrade.

The red ball is broken when it arrived.

Wow, it’s cheap and everything works well, the roller but the spike ball came in pushed inside it’s self! Even tho I won’t be using it even if it were okay. The package surprised me I’m not gonna lie I thought something that cheap would be just thrown together but it wasn’t it was a bag that is has good quality! I would say if you have ur budget high I wouldn’t recommend but if your budget is low I would 100% recommend this product.
