Only the head keeps vibrating, the blades do not seem to be working. I have very light moustache, but still it is not able to trim even a strand of hair Amazon should stop showing this from their site If possible, please take it back and give me a refund

This product is very poor quality and failed after 2 uses. It makes the noise as though its working but refuses to shave at all. There's no hair stuck and the blades are moving but to no effect. Buy something else.
