Excellent product . Very tasty ad good for your health . However it takes time to cook . So you should soak with milk overnight in the fridge to cook them fast . The steel cut oats are the best for your health, with other oats they are processed and increase your body sugar quickly leading to obesity

Tiene un sabor as concentrado por lo mismo que son cortadas y el grano esta mรกs entero, saben deliciosas, si toma mรกs tiempo en cocerse pero vale la pena, aunque yo tiendo a usarlas para overnight oats. Ahora solo comprare esta avena.
