Expired Product Received
After checking the batch/lot number (LOT: 20WO04), it clearly indicates that the item was manufactured in early 2020 and has already passed its recommended shelf life. This means the product is expired and not safe for use, especially for a baby. Its really bad sending babyproducts without expiry date...I tried to return...but no option for returning...complaint registered...no response

Overcharged
The product works well except it leaves the hair too dry and withered. I was supposed to pay 50 for the product and 10 for delivery charges, but I was overly charged by 10. I paid 70 instead of 60. Who has taken this extra ten : you or Amazon ?
