Excellent Add-On
This add-on is basically a must have if you spend all that money on the original system. It is important for people to know this is not standalone, it has to be added on to the base system.PROS:Sturdy: This thing is sturdy. I am not a heavy guy, but I punish this thing and so far it has taken the beating.Assembly: was pretty easy, especially compared to the base system which I paid to have done for me. I am mediocre at best at assembly and I did this part myself.Supports both dips and ab related leg lifts or knee tucks.Gains: Most importantly I am seeing gains in the number of dips I can do.Cons:The plastic caps/covers took a serious beating with a rubber mallet to get on. Don't be afraid to really bang them in there, I was trying to approach it from a "don't break it you idiot" viewpoint and it didn't work. Had to really crush them.

Worth the price
This thing doing job really good. Assembly was easy, but same awful manual as in the EXM3000LPS. No problems with installation if your gym is already assembled - just need to take away covers. Same quality as gym. Handles are comfortable and width of the unit is fine for most people. Uses a lot of space, so think about right position for the gym. This attachment itself doesn't makes any troubles for using rest of the gym. My wife has arthritis in her wrist and this unit is amazing! She has been using it everyday and loves it. So, do I!

Great Add On for the Price
Nice add on. Easy to put together and will be great for getting abs into shape. Can start with simple knee pull ups, then advance to twist and then straight leg lifts. Also great for tricep dips.....have to wait on that until wrist heals more from carpal tunnel.....but know it will work better than anything else!

Another great product from body-solid just needs adjustable handles for longer arms.
I own numerous body-solid products and the quality is always great the handles need to be adjustable not everybody’s arm are the same lengths so I can’t use them other than that I use it every time I’m in my home gym and it’s was a good purchase and the quality is top notch.

Body Solid rocks
I'm 6'2" and 240 Lbs. It is snug between the arm pads but OK. I have a garage full of Body Solid equipment and regardless of where is was made it all has been quality products.

Easy installation - Too Narrow
Cool addition...Nice and easy to install if you have at least two people.Great addition to the main unit.
