Wanted this barbecue rotisserie for a while now, now I can say it’s the product it’s the best quality. The tray on the top keeps your food warm. Very easy to use. Fast delivery. Awsome customer service. I definitely recommend this to anyone!

POSITIVES. * Very nice design, as having the burners on the side and the grease dripping below, you will not get the flames you would as if you were using a normal espeto (skewer) on a normal grill. *The convenience of a battery powered motor that runs for several hours (I'm assuming as I got mine DOA) NEGATIVES. *The chassis material is not stainless steel, it would be a matter to find out how long the paint holds under hot conditions when using it. *The skewers are made with VERY flimsy, I don't think they can hold a whole chicken or heavy pieces of meat. See picture 3 to see the comparison vs a real skewer. Real/well made skewers are not that expensive for a company to "cheap out" on a $600+ grill *After 4 hours of charging, the grill will not power on, doesn't matter if it's plugged or unplugged. (see video) *The warming tray, dripping tray and other parts of the grill seem to be used or damaged. I don't know if I received a REFURBISHED item. *The top burner seems to be used, the bottom burner looks completely new. I don't know if I received a REFURBISHED item. *I've been trying to contact support, but none of the phones provided but none of them work. The grill was received dead on arrival. It's a shame that the grill would not power on and therefore, could not ignite or turn the rotisserie on to give it a try, I really was looking forward to using it. As per the manual, I will try to charge it for 16 hours or overnight, but after 4+ hours of charging I lost hope. If I decide to get another one (hopefully a working one) I will update my review

Pretty easy to use, not overly heavy, and easy to clean! It’s so convenient for a party. Set it and let it cook on its own!

the internal battery died after 2 months otherwise the unit works great, Company sent me a new grill within days. I love the grill. I put in a smoldering tube of wood pellets to gives smoke flavor for some foods. put on side of drip tray. Company treated me supper. I rate company and grill 5 stars

I love this product! I have actually researched Rotisserie‘s for Brazilian style barbecue for three or four years now. I took a look at the ones used in restaurants like Fogo de Chão and Texas de Brazil and looked for something between the simple residential and the super expensive commercial units. This is without any doubt The best value and the most amazing Brazilian barbecue Rotisserie on the market. We love it and cannot recommend it enough!

This grill is wonderful for small barbecue jobs I can grill vegetables and the meat. I also cooked shrimps on the top of the grill at the same time. I'm ready to dump the fat off the bottom tray out, it makes for a super easy clean up and my grill is ready for the next time to use. It grills beautifully. When I received the grill, it took me perhaps 5 minutes to attach the valve and the accessories, the grill is very portable. Instructions were simple. Very happy with this grill

This is a very good product with quality that allows you to make an authentic Brazilian picanha! The only thing is that it has to be used outdoors only, in the same location you would have a regular gas BBQ, cannot be used in the kitchen as some people do in Brazil...
