What head circumference does the medium and large fit?

Well, it depends on your head shape as well to a degree, but I use the large frame with the straps tighten quite a bit. Medium was just a bit too small. Circumference is about 24" or 60.9 cm at just above the eyebrows and ears.

Has anyone had their frame turn purple and become very soft that it kinks and collapses? Makes me wonder if it is actually resperonics brand.

Will this work with Res_med 10 brand? Not sure if the different cpap machines use the same size hose or not.

Yes it will. I've used the Dreamwear full face set with my Resmed Airsense 10. They are universal. You just have to use all the pieces with each one. All Dreamwear or All Resmed. But both will connect to the hose.
