Smell so bad 🤮 and there is no return policy I don’t know what to do with rice the worst smell ever

The packaging shown upon order is not the same appearance on what was delivered. It was packed in old sack which is not appealing and doesn't show the production and expiration date

I spent years only steaming rice with no add ons, this is the first time I come across this soapy smell and taste rice. If you put spices and mix it you won't feel the taste, but still what is in there? Is it toxins?

This is boiled rice and has no aroma.This is not basmati rice.

The rice has a odd smell and no good taste. I don't recommend this product to any one. Seller may consider to supply a better quality rice with marginal higher prices, as per the prevailing market.

Very bad pungent smell coming from this I washed and rainsed it a number of times prior to cooking the smell still remained very strong.

The rice becomes like plastic after cooking. It feels we are chewing hard chewing gum rather rice. We tried all different tricks of cooking it to make it better in texture & taste but all in vain.

Very disappointed with this product. 10 kg had to throw it away its inedible. Has very bed smell that overpowers. Not recommended.
