This one is a skin game changer! Love it! But you can definitely smell hot mustard but it goes away quick. I use it on my skin and it makes my skin feel amazing!

The flavor and taste is excellent!! The price is quite high in comparison to other cooking oils— ( like organic olive). We use it in preparing Indian style Mashed (“bhorta”)potatoes, eggplant and other veggie bhortas!

Mustard seed oil has a high flash-point and is useful for stir-frying. However many products are not really fresh and have an "off" aroma. This bottle had a nice fresh spicy aroma. To use correctly for cooking the oil must be heated in the pan till smoke starts to rise, then the temperature is lowered to the required level, and light smoke rises with a delicious aroma This oil can also be used for skin care and cosmetic purposes.

Do not buy this. I literally burner one spoon of it and the oil evaporated and left some water like substance in the spoon. I had a doubt earlier when I used it on my scalp because I have been using mustard oil for 20+ years now. This oil is a scam and there's nothing mentioned on the bottle also about being organic, cold pressed or certified. It's a very big scam. Save the money and never ever think about spending it here
