Used to watch films in bed 😆
I used this for a long time to watch films in my room. The picture quality was always fantastic. It was decently bright and the setup was very easy including with the WiFi. The only downsides I can think of are that the processor is clearly underpowered meaning menus are slow, and I found it to have a slight lean to one side which I remedied with a coin. Overall decent value for money as it is from a reputable brand.

Good budget projector
Good budget projector. Although it's an old model so doesn't support modern audio formats and apps such as Netflix. If you're using Chromecast you'll need to change audio settings to stereo only which is not ideal.

Nice but not perfect. Greedy on power.
This is a nice piece of kit....but I have reservations. The build quality seems very good and the picure is true HD, although not 4k. However, it seems very odd that there's no handbook in with it. What they are trying to achieve here is beyond me , taking into account this thing costs hundreds, not 27p. It is also very odd that they try to hide the power consumption of this projector. The Amazon site says it's 50 watts yet the downloadable handbook states it's 100 watts. ????? Seeing as everyone wants to know the power consumption is these days , what are you playing at or trying to hide Philips? Wake up and put the info where everyone can find it.

Pretty decent for the price + has a native Full-HD. Noticeably better picture quality then a more expensive 1080p Chinese projector I had before. Don't get confused with 65" in the description. I'm running it at ~120" screen from 11ft. And the picture is still sharp enough for browsing web/light PC use. Movies look great. Brightness is only sufficient for a dark room. But it can still make a decent picture with direct sunlight hitting cheap Ikea blinds across from the screen. No bright/dark spots after using it 5-6h a day for 7+ months. Focus is generally quite good. It slightly uneven top to bottom, but you can only notice it on a small text. For the initial setup, you might need to mess with the picture settings hidden deep within two different sets of menus. The projector has a proper glass lens, which is rare at this price range. Picture latency is good enough for casual gaming. But, you need to use the VGA port in PC mode, otherwise its going to be sluggish. There are two main disadvantages. First is a lack of a mount. There is only one bolt hole for the front leg. So, hanging it from a ceiling is going to be a challenge. Second is the OS. It runs on Android 6 and its far from being fast. It used to be almost impossible to navigate, but recent update made it much better. Still, if you plan to use it often, might want to consider an external source. Netflix and screencasting are working good, no isses with login or playback. For Youtube, you need to install a third party app via usb drive. I tested one, worked well with 1080p and live streams/shorts. Unfortunatelly, not enought ram for playback from built-in browser. Speakers are decently loud, quiality is ok, somewhat lacking in bass. No distortion at max volume. Fans are quiet for a projector, but still nowhere near whisper-quiet. Overall, this projector is probably one of the better deals out there for the price. Especially considering it is made by Phillips and not a shady company repackaging cheap generic internals.

Calidad de imagen increíble, incluso en tamaños muy muy grandes. La única pega, el ventilador es bastante ruidoso.

I've had the same product before, and it went out of order after just two years, so I bought a chinese cheap one for a bit less. Connections went perfect, but the image quality was a total crap compared to this projector. So I returned it and bought the Philips again. If you are on a budget and image quality is your priority, this projector is a good choice. Bear in mind that software is updated and messy; I use it connecting my laptop with HDMI. Never managed to do mirroring or AirPlay; if you are really into tech you probably will throw it out the window the second day.
