PowerStop Z23 Performance Brake Pad & Rotor Kit Front & Rear K1906

Item as advertised and arrived very quickly! Was a perfect fit and easy to install. The labels on each rotor ensure you get them in the correct position, which matters since they are slotted and the front and rear units are different. The pads came with all clips and some chatter lube. These really eliminated hopping and steering wheel feedback under braking. The braking power was also very good. Be sure to put anti-seize compound between your rotor and hub when you install these, it will make it much easier to remove the rotor if you ever have to replace them. Once you beat on the old rotors to get them off you will see why I mention the anti-seize.

My 2003 Ford Excursion seems to eat brakes. My last set of front rotors didn't even last 20k miles before they were pulsating badly. With almost 200k miles on my truck, I've gone through several sets of brakes. I spent hours researching alternatives to the pricey OEM Ford brakes and the garbage sold by most of the local parts dealers. Several Superduty forums had reviews of these brakes that seemed on par with Amazon's reviews. My brakes arrived in two large boxes. The boxes were a bit beat up, but the contents were fine. Each box had the rotors and pads for one axle. The fit and finish of the brakes were perfect and installation went off without a hitch. I followed Power Stop's break in procedure and so far the brakes are perfect. I didn't realize how bad my old brakes had gotten until I made the switch. Time will tell if these brakes hold up to the rigors I put my truck through, but so far I'm happy I made the purchase.

I have not used these brakes for very many miles but so far I am delighted with the performance for the value. The set of four rotors plus ceramic pads were under $400 and were shipped really quickly. I have three excursions and I am in the process of putting another set of these on. A vast improent over what I had on the vehicles before.

Outstanding upgrade. Fit my 2000 Ford F350 Super Duty 7.3l Diesel perfectly. Rotors were true out of the box (no vibration). High quality here. The Zinc coating is a nice touch too. Also I was pleased to see that the pads are carbon fiber/ceramic. I am so happy with them I have decided to order the Power Stop Performance Calipers as well. This kit was a steal for this price. Any shop would easily charge twice what this kit cost. Braking is strait and true. A noticeable improvement over stock. I will be doing Power Stop kits on my other cars as well. Thx Power Stop.

I used this kit on a 2005 Excursion 4x4. I have read all the stories of drilled rotors cracking and what not, but this is the 5th set I have installed on a vehicle. Two of the sets I personally put 100K miles each on and never had an issue with any cracks anywhere, they never "warped" and functioned great for the life of the pads. So far My big Excursion is stopping great with absolutely no noise. I do recommend pulling your caliper mount pins out and cleaning the pins/bores and lubricating them. Good thing this kit comes with new pin boots and the ceramic lube!

bought for my 2001 Ford Excursion, weights in at 7300 and pulls a 24 ft runabout fiberglass boat , great price for the major improvement in braking , every thing fit exactly as it should , very complete kit 4 rotors , all pads , dust boots , pad shims ,and on ford`s the v springs that separate the pads ,only thing missing was the guild pins , mine were is in great shape so no problem ,been driving for about one month now no issues at all,very happy when my F250 needs brakes again I will be buying a power stop kit for it as well

We had difficulties receiving parts but the few that we got were terrific. Amazon was extremely helpful in attempting to get all the parts and easing us through the process. Nice brakes but difficult shipping. No local suppliers of brake pads either. Plan well in advance if utilizing this method to procure brake products.

These installed easily. following the break in instructions, i was so impressed with the stopping power. I only have a few hundred miles on them, but I highly recommend them. I tow an airstream with my Excursion and was skeptical at first, but I'd buy this kit again.
