A good addition to for my health issues.
I have been using this product for some months now. It has helped with my blood pressure and digestion. I take 2-3 capsules a day which are easy to swallow. I make sure I don't take it on an empty stomach to help it dissolve. The price is good and this is a good quality product.

Great for nausea
These help tamp down mild nausea in sensitive stomachs. They won’t work on legit stomach illnesses, like flu or food poisoning, but they’re great for general queasiness like mild motion sickness. I plan to bring these on a cruise along with my Sea Bands.

Helps real medical pains and hangovers!
I originally bought this for my father. He has some serious stomach problems. When I visit him he has everything you could buy over the counter but nothing seemed to work for him. He said Dr. Peppers actually helped him more then a lot of the prescriptions and over the counter. My mind went straight to ginger ale! Then I thought let me go straight to the source and get ginger! Eureka! Then I realized the folly in having try to consume a root. Not to mention it would be inconvenient to try to brew a tea every time spontaneous stomach pains arrived. So I decided to get these bad boys and man did they pack a punch! My father told me they were working very well. I thought he was just being considerate cause I purchased them but I soon realized his bottle was near empty! I decided I myself needed to get in on this magic pill. I inherited his genetics of stomach problems. Thanks Dad :-) however my stomach is not nearly as bad. I will admit I have a love for consuming liquids... Alcohol that is. So when that beautiful moment of reality catches up to me after I had such an amazing night the previous night that I did not remember half of it except that I was dancing like a tribal man for hours and utterly embarrassing myself. I am left with nothing but a intense hangover. Its so bad I can hear a snail crawling! I decide to try these ginger pills and they made my hangover nonexistent!! So not only does this product work for my father it works for myself as well. Thats pretty much two reviews on this item so I give it TEN STARS! Much obliged Ginger much obliged!! I might just name one of my future kids after you! But in all seriousness this product has been a life saver for a family suffering from horrible stomach pains!

Is very high quality, ginger root.
The health benefits of taking ginger root capsules, has been proven over thousands of years. The health benefits are too numerous to be mentioned here. I highly recommend this product for anyone that has digestive problems, or is 50 years old.

$4.38 'Add-On' Deal can't be beat
When my wife was put on anti-nausea meds (created by another Rx-see how that works?!) I recalled my Father would give me some Vernor's (Ginger Ale) when I had an occasional upset belly as a child, so suggested she try this in lieu of the Rx and it generally worked. Her use of the Rx was significantly reduced! The anti-nausea meds worked, but it doesn't take an M.D. to know that adding another chemical toxin is adding yet another poison for the liver to have to process and going on down the line through out the body's organs until it's expelled, likely taxing those organs as well. However, modern soda typically comes with Aspartame, an apparent Neurotoxin, or sugars, another toxin that should be avoided. The amount of Ginger in that processed soda is probably fairly small. I suggest we try this form of Ginger to increase the amount ingested to see if it helped even more-and it did. She hasn't had to take that nausea Rx since, plus, unlike soda, can carry a few capsules in her purse in case she's out and about and starts to feel nauseous. (We keep an 'emergency' bottle of spring water in he vehicle as a practical convenience). This is a far superior solution than the anti-nausea big Pharma (pharmakeia) medications (or even soda) simply on cost and convenience; even setting aside the Rx or soda's inherent toxicity. For those few experiencing reactions (rash and ironically, nausea): First, it's possible to have negative reactions to just about anything. When introducing something new to our diet, it's usually best to start in smaller increments, which perhaps is where we should have started. "Slam dunking" the body with something new is much the same as doing so with any new food-the body may not be prepared to process it correctly and needs time to adjust and adapt. There are 250mg capsules of Ginger available and supplements that may help the body process nutrients and various supplements. I'd suggest consulting a certified nutritionist, Naturopathic Doctor. or similar professional There are several on YouTube who cover such topics and are qualified to do so.
