Most reviewers are right on target. Installation is difficult, but the end result is well worth the purchase price. I have several installation suggestions. If you are unable to hold the base to the ceiling and mark the install holes at the same time, I suggest that you use some cardboard to make a template showing the mounting holes. Tape the template to the ceiling and mark the hole locations. I did not feel comfortable using nothing but plastic anchors, so I purchased two 1/8" toggle bolts and mounted them in two of the larger hole through the base. If one toggle bolt is inserted first, the fixture can hang from one bolt and it is much easier to align the bolts and anchors. I installed the base and then found the cover plate nut would not fit on the center mounting post. It seems that the manufacturer put a ground connection and two washers on the center bolt, and the bolt was not long enough to hold the center nut. I relocated the ground and removed one washer, and everything worked well. The manufacturer did a great job supplying the right amount of parts (and even some spare parts). The directions were good. Customer service is outstanding and they supplied a spare set of instruction upon request. The fixture is certainly a great conversation piece. Review: It's worth it! - This is just beautiful. It can be a little tedious to put up, but was not horrible. Each strand was labeled, attached to the plate and wrapped in a zip lock baggie, see picture 1. The only part we had to attach was the large crystal on the bottom. I would STRONGLY advise anyone to use their existing light box, or mount into a stud if possible. I would not trust the simple anchors that come with this straight into a ceiling. We were able to use the heavy duty metal drywall anchor on one side and one side is into a stud. The hardware that comes with this is simply too questionable for the weight of this piece and I have read others had this come out of the ceiling. Hire someone or make sure you know how to properly mount this with the correct hardware. It is stunning when installed. It catches the sun in our house and makes such pretty rainbows. It is so dazzling when lit up. It was a great purchase. ## Features - Fixture Dimension: Height 32 in x Diameter 18 in - 6 GU10 Bulbs Required - Bulbs NOT Included.
