A naturopathic doc prescribed the K2-4 along with Boron for keeping bones with osteo from getting worse. The Life Extension brand is the only one I found with the better dosage. I read the latest research that K2-4 rather than K2-7 is better. My next dexa scan will tell if it's working. I also take the hylauronic acid & collagen protein along with Nature's Lab multi. Can't forget to exercise. Will report back after my next scan.
