Something wrong here. on amazon pricing is 1 for $10, but micro-mark sells them 5 for $15. why so expensive on amazon?

These are currently $32.90 for 5 with shipping on micromark. Which is 6.58 per filter.

Is there a carbon filter that goes with these airbrush spray booths? Thanks!

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07SHB2WF9/ref=twister_B08316W548?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1 This can provide that and be attached to your booth like the standard 4inch hose. this also adds more airflow and better filtering of fumes for solvent paints. I had the same concerns with my pets in an apartment.

Is the filter water washable to remove acrylic paint drops before the paint dries?

It can a bit. I've soaked mine in water overnight and it's even removed some lacquer as well. It helps to scrub it in water.

How well do these filters work at filtering paint fumes?

They don’t filter fumes. However they’re good for filtering spray paint particles.
