Scanpan - HaptIQ 28cm Fry Pan

Exceptional quality, great satisfaction when cooking in such a pan.

At first this pan was great. Having experienced issues with previous non stick pans we were incredibly careful to follow the care instructions and yet after 5 months it is covered in a sticky residue which will not wash off. At any price, let alone £143, that is totally unacceptable. Have messaged the seller to see if they will offer a refund. Let’s see what the response is.

Scanpan sao as melhores panelas de sempre! Sao um pouco caras mais vale a pena de comprar. Estas nao sao as mesmas de antes. Amazon nao tem mais desea clase. Mais continua sendo uma excelente panela.

Costa ma ottima padella, cucina perfettamente facile da pulire con una spugna e del sapone piatti, si può anche con lavastoviglie ma come scritto nelle istruzioni ne riduce la durata. Si possono usare anche mestoli metallici senza problemi. Ora comprerò altre misure

We've been mostly happy Calphalon uaers/owners for years, probably 20+ years. Friends have recommended Scanpan over the years for its quality including both nonstick properties, weight and quality of product. This version is rather pricey, but it cooked a (oilless) fried egg right off the bat, first use, and slid out of the pan with little help. Pan was basically clean afterwards, though I did clean it with dish soap and water. Pan is also hefty with a generous handle. Top quality. Once you get past sticker shock, you'll love this pan. I do anyway.

Started with one HaptIQ utility pan, then bought this large fry pan for use on new Bosch Induction cooktop. Tried several different brands over a 3 month period and kept coming back to the Scanpan. They work great and we love everything about them except that they are a bit heavy. Can't bead the cooking quality. Far better than any other non-stick I've tried. Like the textured / kinda rough surface. Sears stuff great. Heats fast. Even cooking all the time. And all kinds of eggs are a breeze. Nothing sticks to this surface. Cleans up very, very easily. Looks great. Now own a full set of HaptIQ pots and pans. Only thing I'd do is add a small handle on the opposite side of the main, long handle for the larger pots / pans. If the pan is full of something like fajitas, it's just too heavy to handle easily with one hand / arm unless you're the HULK.
