What is the height when assembled with 2 baskets as in the picture? It can't be 10.625 inches as listed if each basket is 6.25 inches.

Manufacturer says the height of each basket 4 inches (not 6.25 inches) and that assembled Height is 10.63 both baskets together. Seller's description has each basket as 6.25 but they are only 4 inches each basket and then 2.63 of space between the 2 baskets making a total of 10.63 inches height. So it's 14.63 L x 9 W x 10.63 H when assembled and for 2 baskets put together.

what is the measurement of the tallest bottle/item you can put in the lower basket without interfering with closure ?

The tallest item in lower basket would be 5, possibly 5 1/4 inches.

Does the base have some kind of anti-skid “feet” or is it just the metal bar? I want to put it in my fridge but don’t want it scratching glass

No anti-skid feet. The base is all plastic. The metal bar does not go all the way across the bottom, it slides into holes on each side. The plastic base might scratch the glass in your fridge.

Looking to use for t shirts and underwear on high closet shelves. Are they easy to pull out the baskets individually?

It’s very easy to open each individual drawer. However the one I purchased is for used in the bottom of my bathroom cabinet. I don’t think it would hold many T-shirts. I really like these and have found them to be extremely useful.
