Are the pills small enough to swallow easily?

Yes. They aren't as big as some of Solgar's other pills. Also they are soft and shaped in a way that makes them easy to swallow. I never had a problem swallowing them.

What is the IFOS score for this fish oil product?

The IFOS doesn't "score" fish oils in the sense of rating them against each other on a scale (no pun intended!), best to worst, but they do provide an analysis of just what's in them..and not in them. However, this product, like most wild salmon oils, is not on the IFOS. I do know, however, that theirs IS molecularly distilled, so it is clean. Wild salmon is (normally) very clean to begin with, but Solgar does their own additional cleaning and testing to ensure purity, potency, and freshness. I know that Barlean's Wild and Whole salmon oil IS on the IFOS if that's what you're looking for. Hope that helps.

Does this product contain soy?

I've recently learned that the mixed tocopherols are commonly derived from soy. So I checked the label as I have been taking this for a long time and sure enough, the label exludes all but soy. It reads: Free Of: Gluten, wheat, dairy, yeast, sugar, sodium, artificial flavor, sweetener, preservatives and color.It does contain the added tocopherols and does not exclude soy so it probably contains soy.
