My lock broke down 2 years after purchase. Contacted the seller and they were very understanding and sent me a replacement free of charge.

This is a terrible product, bought it June of 2025 and by January 2026 the problems started. It would sound as if it is locked but when I would attempt to unlock without entering the password it would open. Then it started working after I removed the batteries and reentered them. Lasted for a bit and now o can not even reset it. You are better off getting something else. There is also a problem with the entry log which even shows me 2024 before I bought it and random 2025 entries and nothing for 2026 and we are in April. It’s unfortunate that some people just do not bother to write a review after so all you see are the good reviews likely put in just after a purchase before it goes south. That’s why I have taken time out to warn someone. If it saves even one person their money then my time will have been well spent.

Disappointing!! First of all the installation is not that easy as it seems, it requires attention small details, it took time but evantually I was able to install it. Secondly, lots of UN-Smart details noted: 1- The new battery appeared on the app as 50% charge! 2- The app layout and look is sooo poor and old fashioned and not that user friendly 3- the entries log is not synced properly. Not all unlock history is appeared on the app which considered a huge deficiency. 4- I know this is a Bluetooth device but the app does not force auto synchronisation with the lock once the phone get close to the device so there is no notification comes directly to the phone to notify the unlock entries. 5- why the batteries are installed from outside! 6- for the access cards you can't delete the card remotly the curd needs to be physically exist so you can delete it this is huge deficiency as the card could be stolen engine need to remove it! Overall the device working properly and there is no issue in the locking and unlocking however multiple improvements should be done at least on the app.

Easy to use very good This lock made things easier for me because I had to have a lot of keys and change the lock from time to time.

المنتج رائع جدالكن للاسف وصلني بدون حافظة السيلكون وهي تاتي من المصنع في العلبة. وهذا يدل ان العلبة سبق وان تم فتحها!!!!
