This was a terrific upgrade for my Grizzly 7x14" mini lathe. Getting the lathe apart and back together is a bit of a chore, but I replaced all the plastic drive gears with steel gears while disassembled, so the job was well worth the trouble.You'll want to watch a video on how to do this, at least one. This product is the exact one you want for virtually any brand of mini lathe: Harbor Freight, Grizzly, Little Machine Shop, and dozens of others. If you have a 7xAnything metal lathe, there's a 99% chance that these are the bearings you want.Note that this is an UPGRADE, and not just a replacement for the (fairly shoddy) factory bearings. There will be some minor modifications necessary, mostly to plastic spacers that mount on the headstock spindle. Again, watch a video.Removing and mounting bearings can seem daunting; it's really pretty easy. You can do it all with a mallet and a wooden block, although a press, real or improvised from a vise or car jack, can help.

I used these vs the official john deere branded bearings for a batwing mower gearbox. Much better deal vs the dealer. Will order again.

works good, smoother now, its a little hard to do the upgrade, i would recommend against the upgrade unless your bearings are actually failing and its a repair. the smoother trade off is not worth the installation process.
