2 Port USB 2.0 Computer KVM Switch with 2 Cable Sets

Just received this product today and hooked everything up according to the instructions. It throws the entire display on my monitor two inches to the left and cuts off half of my desktop shortcuts, my start button, my windows explorer button all cut off and it gave me a nice two inch black gap on the right side of my screen. According to the post on Amazon it is compatible with ANY OS. But the cheap little instruction booklet says everything below Vista and even DOS. What? Look at the add and it says any OS. So if I had a DOS OS this would work but it screws my whole screen because I have windows7? Very disappointed and so sick of all this cheap made in China garbage that never works.

DOA. Spent 20 minutes hooking it up in every possible configuration. The only sign of life was that the LED came on when it was connected to a USB port. However, regardless of the switch position, the monitor could not detect a computer. The computer could not detect a monitor. Similarly the USB keyboard and mouse could not function through the KVM.

Works perfect. Win 7 and Vista using one monitor and one wireless set MS5000 keyboard/mouse.
