Let me start by saying that I’ve had a beard since 2012. The most annoying problem with typical beard oils, cleaners, and balms is that they smell good raw (not applied) then once you apply it to your face the smell changes. Usually for the worse. Not Bossman beard oil though! Since I started the new trio I’ve received compliments from my wife for the first time since 2012 on the smell of my beard! Don’t get me wrong, I’ve had products in the past that worked good and smelled okay. But when you are trying to maintain your look and smell it’s very frustrating when you can’t have both. I spend a lot of time outdoors and/ or with clients. Bossman beard products not only keeps my face moisturized, but the smell lasts and isn’t overbearing. Which is also a nice surprise. I’ve found the scent lasts throughout the day until I’m showering and readying myself for bed. This is important because most products I’ve tried in years past would dry out after a few hours or they would lose all scent so quickly you only smell it when it’s applied. I tried the ‘Royal Oud’ scent. Which is very fresh and modern. I hope this review helps you make a decision on purchasing! Go buy it and see the results yourself.

I received the products yesterday and used them today. And you can Instantly see the difference in your beard, with the combination of all three products it leave your beard feeling soft and looking shiny. It is my first time using a jelly like beard oil and I approve, what I really liked about the products is that it does not leave your beard feeling oily once the products dry and the look and smell lasted me all day. I purchased royal oud and I can say 10/10 the smell is great not to over powering and I received a lot of compliments today on it (Smells like a real man) said one. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because ones I received my products the jelly oil bottle seal was actually open and was yellow I do not know how or why it happened but the other two products did come fully sealed. I will be purchasing again and other products. (After reading my review boss man contacted me and helped me in correcting this issue, I did not expect that at all and I am 1000% satisfied with this company will be a long time customer)

These products are awesome!! My wife did her research on these guys and she loves the way the products smell and look in my beard! Most products disappoint by being to greasy or not enough hold etc. but these leave your beard looking great and smelling good without the greasy feel! My Favorite is the Royal Ode beard jelly! My go to beard products from here on out!

Smells incredible! Every time I use it, I get compliments! The beard balm has no hold, but it keeps my beard moisturized! Kind of expensive though

I bought this set as I'd ran out of beard conditioner and wasn't a fan of the one I'd bought in store previously, and the reviews for this one sounded promising. I had also been curious about trying the beard jelly as I'm not a huge fan of beard oils greasiness. Conditioner: really thick and moisturising, and I find it evenly coats my facial hair a lot better than the previous conditioner I had (just for men brand). It also actually leaves your beard feeling conditioned which I can't say the same about my other one. Beard jelly: love the consistency. It's easier to put one than the oil since it doesn't run all over the place if you tip your hands the wrong way. I've also found that this leaves my beard feeling soft and moisturised all through the day, whereas with beard oil I'd find the moisturising effects of it would only seem to last 2ish hours before it would start feeling really dry again. Beard balm: Not much to say here. It has a nice texture and is a fairly solid balm, but not waxy. Adds a bit of hold but nothing too extreme, probably a medium hold. As for one of my favourite things about this product is the scent. I picked Royal Oud as I love Oud scents that are rich and woodsy, and this is gorgeous. I'd like to try the other scents too as I've heard good things about them. This is also great value for the quality of product you get. Probably a little cheaper even than some stuff in store that's marketed as high quality but is still pretty average. If you're looking for beard products I would absolutely recommend trying this brand, especially the conditioner and jelly.

Not too oily which is great. Not runny. the smell is real nice, not too powerful, just right. Plan to get stagecoach bundle soon since I am curious about their smell. Repeat customer

So far ive used the Magic scent and this Royal Oud, the scents are nice, make me feel gentlemanly, strong enough to not be paired with any fragrance but complimenting shouldnt be hard with the natural scents these emit. I have a lot of experimenting to do with beard products but right now Bossman is my go to. The only thing I could "complain" about is the jelly will make your beard shiny wet looking, which may or may not be appealing per person.
