G-Technology 500 GB G-DRIVE Mobile SSD R-Series Ruggedized, Portable Solid State Storage

Works well with my macbook pro. Read/write speed is awesome. Finally the sleek and smaller size matters a lot as it can be fit well to a smaller sleeve in my bag. No extra bulge in my bag.

4K footage on my timeline and I scrubbed through with no lags. Amazing product every editor needs one of these SSD's.

Punctual delivery. Good price for such product.

Excellet quality

This is a 2 GB ssd disguised as a 2 TB ssd. Too late to return...discovered after 1 month later...

I found the product in perfect condition. Fast delivery as I got the product very next day.

So far going good with no issues. Its fast also as said in the description.

Very good and fast! Product and shipping! So far my best purchase in Amazon. Thanks

It came fairly fast even though it said it may not arrive in time, it’s a bit smaller than I thought, it’s quite small so you could store it anywhere, I haven’t had a chance to durability test it (not that I’ll take the chance) but it feels durable and high quality. It comes with a type-c to type-c and a USB to type-c cable so you could plug it into your iPad, I have an iPad Pro and it works perfectly. You do have to go through a small process to set it up on windows but it works great on there as well. G-technology is a brand of western digital so its trust worthy. I haven’t had it long enough to discover any faults with it but from the experience I’ve had so far, I like it, wish I would’ve bought it earlier

Delayed delivery by a couple of days but as I didn't need it urgently it was not a problem plus I was advised that it would be late so no issues there. Out of the box, plugged it into my iMac M1 processor machine and it backed up with no messing around. WOW was it fast. 198Gb backed up from scratch and encrypted in under 30 minutes. That, in my experience, is BLISTERINGLY FAST. I updated today 2 GB in less than 2 minutes. It is very compact, see pictures. Lightweight. I haven't tested the 'Shock Proof' and 'Water Proof' claims but I don't intend to either (not by choice anyway). I've had 3 drives fail due to shock so that's why I went of this one. The rubbery exterior would indicate that it is indeed more shock proof than my previous purchases. We shall see. Very happy overall. One niggle, one irritant, can't understand why the connector cables provided are sooooooooo short. The drive hangs out of the back of my iMac rather than sitting on the table so I'll try and find one of my other cables, and assuming it doesn't affect speed, use that. Seriously ridiculously short cable as you can see from the image. Other than that 5 Stars from me....... maybe more if I drop it and it survives..... or rather my data does.

Rápido y compacto
