Does the seat adapter work with long toilet seats?

Sorry so long for the reply. The adaptor does fit in a long toilet seat but, it doesn't fix snuggly. The seats moves however, the seat will not fall in the toilet. Hope this answers your question.

can this be used as a step stool to get to toilet when the top of the potty seat is removed (like the child in the picture)?
