Confused
This cable is not working with my laptop and mobile. i am not sure, cable problem or my device usb c put problem.

Got this so I can get rid of multiple cables for connecting as this is advertised as the single cable solution but mine didn't connect with an iMac, kept going on and off. The solution provided by huion was to use the second USB cable aswell for additional power. Now if 2 cables are to be used again then I am fine with the standard cables it came with. Didn't workout for me as expected and had to return.
