بعد ما انتهيت من استخدام علبه كامله حان الوقت لكتابة نتائج الاستخدام المنتظم للاسف بالنسبه لجسمي لم احس بأي تغيرات من ناحية كبح الشهيه أو النشاط لم أحس بأي تغيير كل جسم يختلف عن الاخر سبحان الله

They seem to perform as expected but don't readily dissolve under the tongue.
I believe they work but they don't dissolve very well under the tongue. Then again the instructions indicate that you only keep it under the tongue for a couple minutes then swallow. I'm not used to that for sublingual tablets so I just keep it under my tongue for the 12 or so minutes.
