This is the most surprising probiotic ever. I am taking smaller amounts mixed in water. I drink the potion and as far as my gut goes, I have no negative symptoms. But does it work Yes, it does and the surprising discovery proves how good this product is. I had very sensitive teeth and gums and couldn't use store bought toothpaste without burning. So, I rinsed my mouth couple of times with the probiotic and when I used the toothpaste again the burning is GONE! Yes, gone. My mouth is like baby mouth now. All sensitivities are gone. You can't go wrong with this product.

Ordered this a week ago to try after doing a good deal of research on Thorne products. I took probiotics a few years ago and I really do not know why I stopped. I am 50 years old now, premenopausal, and I will try just about anything except Ozempic and the like to try and lose weight and get my gut right. I feel like it's working. The result on day 3 is more bowel movements and what is coming out is what I would consider old stool. I think these pills are working the garbage out of my belly. I will report back after a solid month of being on this probiotic, but, I feel good about what is going on thus far. If this helps me, I will tell every woman I know... FOR SURE.

Helps with gut and surprisingly also helps improve my skin. I get almost no pimples anymore.

This is a good brands. It makes a high quality probiotic that's potent. I've tried taking them 3 times. Unfortunately they make me sick. Probiotics are trial and error, and apparently this is the wrong strain for me. However, I've found a different brand with b subtilis that works good for me:)

Don't bother with anything but Thorne who works with the Mayo Clinic. Outstanding product and you can of course trust the contents of their product...would you really want to be cheap with your Olympic Teams?! I had my blood tested and retested because I could not get my Vitamin D up and I bought what I thought was the best. Wrong. No comparison. Thorne is the best..period. My Vitamin D came up into the high normal range when they tested me again.

Je prend ces probiotiques depuis un mois (seulement une gélule par jour, dont je disperse le contenu dans un demi-verre d'eau ou de lait le matin au réveil) et j'ai constaté une nette amélioration en ce qui concerne ma digestion: en particulier, je n'ai plus de remontées acides la nuit. J'ai commencé à avoir des remontées acides pendant mes grossesses et c'était devenu un problème chronique, dès que mon repas du soir était un peu trop près du coucher. Prendre des comprimés ou des sirop anti-acides (du type gaviscon) bloque la production d'acide et donc soulage sur le coup. Mais cette réduction de production d'acide a justement pour conséquence une digestion beaucoup plus lente et... des remontées acides. Bref, c'était un cercle vicieux. Prendre ce probiotique "bacillus coagulans", qui augmente la production d'acide, a résolu le problème. Je recommande!
