Full of sugar! Avoid
Iāve seen comments saying kids love these, but of course they doātheyāre packed with sugar! Just because kids enjoy them doesnāt mean they should have them. These gummies are coated in sugar, and any benefits from the vitamin D are likely outweighed by the sugar content. Itās surprising that these are marketed for kids at all!

I ordered these vitamin D and probiotics gummies based on the positive reviews, but I was very disappointed with the amount of sugar they contain. Even after attempting to wash off the excess sugar, they still tasted overwhelmingly sweet, like a spoonful of sugar. I do not recommend this product at all.

I like Nordic naturals and wanted vitamin D for my kids. Not a huge fan of the sugar, but these are also so good and kind of melt in your mouth (I tried one) and the taste is pretty good. My kids love them so if they are getting their recommended daily dose of vitamin D then I'm happy and who cares about the little bit of daily sugar.

Popular with kids so half the battle done! They are chewy not swallowable, I think the kids look at them as candy rather than vitamins.
