If you have any Lodge product with handle, it's highly recommended to add the this Handle Holder Cover. I bought two and never thought they would be so effective in handling the very hot Lodge cast iron products. These covers provide excellent heat protection and make it much safer and easier to handle hot cookware.

Wish I'd knowm about these when I started with cast iron. Lifesavers. Grips are a perfect fit and no heat transfer at all.

This silicon handle holder works great on our Lodge cast iron pan - insulates well and slides on and off easily when using the pan in the oven or on the stove top (but secure when being used) no problems -solid purchase.

For normal heat is perfect but not for high temperature, you can’t hold it even.
