I am thoroughly impressed with my Luxorro computer bag, which has aged beautifully over the years. I've received countless compliments on its stylish design and durability. Although it’s designed for 15.6" laptops, I can comfortably fit a 17" XPS and a 16" MacBook Pro, along with their chargers, at the same time. Despite the extra weight, the strap's strength holds up perfectly, which is a testament to its quality. As someone who travels frequently, walking from airport to airport and city to city, this bag has been an essential and reliable companion. I’ve been using my Luxorro leather bag for almost four years. Unfortunately, during my last trip, I noticed a tear. While in Colombia, I visited a few leather shops to see if they could repair it. However, they informed me that the repair would be costly and might not meet my expectations. Despite its condition, I was attached to my bag and didn't want to part with it. I decided to reach out to Luxorro to see if they could offer a better repair solution. To my surprise, the brand representative informed me that my bag was covered by a 10-year warranty. After I sent pictures and proof of purchase, Luxorro insisted on replacing the bag at no cost. When I returned from my trip, a brand new Luxorro bag was waiting for me at home. The quality of Luxorro's products, combined with their outstanding customer service and commitment to their customers, has truly impressed me. Thank you, Luxorro, for standing by your product and providing exceptional service.

Had it for over a year. Packaging shows they really take pride in the quality of their products. Can't beat that real leather smell and feel. Good thick, durable leather has kept my Macbook safe from dozens of flights and daily commute. Looks sleek and professional for a serious businessman. Great interior padded pocket for my Macbook and a separate one for a large notebook. After a year, the bag has a nice patina on it and the leather is supple. REGISTER FOR THE 10 YEAR WARRANTY - THEY STAND BY IT! Had a small concern with the stitching on the interior liner over a year later and the company resolved it in just a few days at zero cost! I didn't know customer service like this still existed. Not only are you getting a high quality luxury product for a great price, but you're getting 10 years of commitment to the product quality by the manufacturer. I love carrying with me every day a product that has become my signature style accessory for years to come.

I purchased this case despite the fact that it had only one review when I ordered it on 11/18 (I wanted it next day, so my options were limited). The description of the product in the ad is that rare "it is what it says it is"; save for the fact that the actual product is better than the description. The quality of the leather, and the construction reminds me of the good 'ol days when you could buy Hartmann Belting Leather briefcases and bags, and know you were getting "the best of the best" in leather business cases. I own several vintage Hartmann pieces, and these are as good as the Hartmann products that I paid 4-5X as much for. I wanted Hartmann, but found Luxorro. I will purchase more. Top quality construction, top quality leather. I doubt anyone will be disappointed with this bag - I'm pretty particular about what I buy, and have never purchased something with only one review before, but the gamble paid off. It is perfect for what I need it for, and my 14" laptop (in a separate sleeve) fits perfectly in the padded laptop compartment in this bag. Upon further review, this bag is quite protective, so I probably didn't need to order the separate sleeve as well, but the laptop arrived the day ordered the Luxorro bag, and I wanted overkill protection for the laptop...just in case...turns out, I didn't need the sleeve, because the Luxorro has a nicely padded laptop storage compartment. However, I'll still use both, and as a result, could probably drop this off a parking garage and the laptop would be intact. Extremely nice bag. Get one.

Very nice bag, lots of room.

I bought this laptop computer briefcase for my husband and he was very impressed with how handsome it is and how well it is made, with strong durable zippers that are securely in place, he likes all the room and space offered for all the essential items he needs to carry. I too luv it, and how nicely it was presented when he opened it, and how I could smell the luvly scent of leather when he opened the box. Lots of great features and functionality for the value and is proving to be very durable and well made with nice thickness in the leather as well! Very happy with this purchase!

Good quality. Stylish

I have had this bag for about three weeks and this is the perfect bag! I had just purchased another name brand leather briefcase at an office supply store, and was not happy with it at all. I spent a full day researching leather bags so I could get the right one. I read almost all of the reviews, it was well worth the time! This bag has generous storage for chargers, cords, pens, notebooks and that is just the outside pocket! Fits my 15.6 laptop well, although I would like another 1" in length. The zippers are heavy metal zippers which should last for years. The shoulder strap is a nice length, I am 5' 10" and it could still go a little longer. The briefcase handles fit the hand nicely. This bag might not be the easiest to travel with through airport security, but it is a good trade off in my opinion. My bag arrived in the normal Amazon box, with the product box inside. Then inside the product box the bag was packed in a cloth bag. Very nice touch. Several reviews mentioned a "smell", I noticed nothing but the normal fine leather smell. I have had this bag in a couple of rain shower but have not noticed any damage to the bag or the contents. This is a very good value for the price, and I expect years of service from it. If anything should go wrong my personal opinion is take it to a decent leather repair shop and they should have no problem repairing it. I highly reccommend this bag.

The leather isn't well tanned; my clothes get stained by the bag's color.

La piel llegó tallada y en muy mala calidad, esperaba que llegara en buen estado la piel, que se observará como nueva, pero parecía como si ya hubiera sido usada :s

A quality product. Very solid. Dream.

Un maletin de mucha categoría, el único detalle es que si no estas familiarizado con mochilas con este tipo de material se te será latoso el estarlo limpiando cada 2 o 3 meses para que dure más

Although we received the wrong briefcase color, Luxorro was outstanding and very responsive to address and solve the situation. Very impressive. Quality of product is excellent and met expectations. I recommend buying from this company.
