This is one of the most amazing gadgets I had ever purchased. Roborock really stepped up their game with this version. The packaging is amazing, build quality is top notch and the spare parts are readily available on chinese websites. The cleaning performance is super, the battery capacity is virtually endless to the point that you cannot drain the full battery on a single clean. The mopping feature is very useful and quite efficient as well, leaving the floors utterly spotless. The app is feature rich where you can set no-go zones, no-mop zones and even virtual walls, eliminating the need to use magnetic barriers and devices like other brands do. After cleaning, it automatically returns back to its charging station with 100% accuracy no matter where it left off. The LIDAR mapping on this model surpasses all and any camera mapping technology I’ve ever seen. The noise levels are really convenient and there is a sleeping power mode where you can turn it on while sleeping and you would barely even hear the vacuum’s noise. All in all, I think this is by far, taking price and build quality into consideration, the best robotic vacuum machine on the market, way way better and much less expensive than the fancy Roombas. You will NOT regret buying that one!!

Very nice product : 1) Design, i took the white one and it’s really looking good :) the white plastic doesn’t seem cheap at all! on the contrary it’s very trending 2) the sweeping, very effective, takes out all hair and very small dust, you can set the power of sweeping through the app, and this is very useful, myself i put it always on silent mode. 3) mopping, i still have the S5 wich i really appreciated on the swearing side, still with the mopping it wasn’t useful, the S5max has revolutionized the mopping as it’s water intensity is app controlled, no need to refill under 50m2, and very efficient, i do think that i can say that as i programmed it to clean the kitchen every day! so no huge dirtiness is there. 4) programmation : two things to say here, first i connected it to our Alexa through the roborock app, it’s amazing! you just need to tell alexa ‘Alexa demandes à Roborock de nettoyer’ or in english ‘Alexa ask Robock to start cleaning’ and the robot starts by itself, and that is very practical. Second, apart from Alexa, the app offers you a very customizable features, as cleaning by room, by zone, or entirely and for each room customize the mopping only or sweeping only etc... in a word I’m satisfied!

Wonderful helper to daily cleaning. Few notes though: - Most importantly it is not a full replacement to regular housework. It's a helping hand that helps you get (and stay!!) where you want to be with house. -it is not a strong enough replacement for a large-sized vacuum and decent mop. Its a decent replacement but not a full replacement. Before you start setting it up, I recommend giving the area that it's going to sort out a full vacuum and mop then using the robot for everyday topup. It cannot do deep cleaning. -it wasn't able to mount any of my carpets, so I've had to remove them/roll them up. however, when I tell it to vacuum a carpet area, it will try and get on top on it, with 50% success rate. I've found that the carpet being anchored helps with this. and sometime a little push up onto the carpet helps too. You can also forget any long haired carpets (which we have quite a few) - Deep mopping is not its forty. it can keep clean relatively clean floors but the kitchen and dining table are slightly difficult. I usually tend to run it twice in the kitchen everyday, and kitchen still looks like it would need a good mop afterwards. dry stains are the main offender here. - No notification for low water level in the app. I have to keep an eye out for water level when passing by it. -Mop gets dirty quickly, whenever I have to refill the tank I end up taking the mop cloth off and giving it a rough clean with soup and bristeled brush (metal bristelled). I'm planning to buy multiple mop clothes in the future. Dont relly know how many I'll go through and I was it once sometimes twice depending on how dirty it is ( should point out I'm in Saudi Arabia so it gets pretty dusty pretty quick, that plus dog hair all over the place give it a whole work out) - with multi level support now in the app, I just take it upstairs and it cleans the whole second floor then when finished goes back to where it started, to be carried by me back to the charging station downstairs. I might even eventually buy a second one for the second floor. - Having said all of that, I'm absolutely in love with thing. With so much dust and dog hair in our house it is doing a great job of keeping the house clean. It's not a full maid service but considering what it is doing for us I am in love with it.

After so much of search 🔦 we found this perfect for our home. There are so many mind blowing features which are amazing. 1. Most important and obviously it cleans and mops well, atleast 99% of the time. 2. Once connected to app it’s opens up the possibility of map editing, customisation of cleaning level and mop levels, zone cleaning, adhoc cleaning, schedule cleaning etc. 3. This is my first robot 🤖 experience in house and I am in love with that. (Atleast now during lockdown time I am following it in the whole house and monitoring how it cleans. Quite interesting timepass job!!!) 4. And so on. You have to have it to know more. 5. The device only works with 2.4 GHz wifi wavelength so you will be struggling in the beginning to connect the device with app. But in few attempts you will get access and then it’s good to go. 6. You can share the device to another member in the house, make sure they have also have the app installed and registered in separate account. Thanks for reading this feedback and enjoy the device.

Paketleme de çok düzgündü. 2. Ürüne yönelik görüşlerim: Kurulum: Telefona uygulamayı indirip, kolayca kurduk, adını Topaç koyduk ve çalışmaya üzerindeki şarj ile başladık. Beş dakika sonra şarjı azalınca istasyonuna gitti ve şarj olunca tekrar başladı. Süpürme/silme: Kenarları süpürüp, tarayıp, haritalıyor, sonra da arayı süpürüyor/siliyor. Açık mutfak ve açık renk zemin nedeniyle döküntü kırıntı ve yoğun kullanım kaynaklı tozları, kedimizin göremediğimiz beyaz tüylerini mis gibi süpürdü. Ertesi gün de kilimleri toplayıp mopu denedim. İkinci kademe su ve süpürme ile oldukça başarılı bir temizlik yaptı, bazı yorumlardaki rahatsız edici izler oluşmadı, açık rengin avantajı olabilir, üçüncü kademeyi denemedim belki çok sulu yapınca iz oluyordur. Üçüncü gün de kilimleri kaldırmadan (4-5 parça kilim-henüz halı moduna geçmedik) süpürge-mop yaptık. Kilimlere köşeden denk gelince çıkmakta zorlanıyor (katlanıyor) ama bir şekilde kurtulup işine devam ediyor. Kilimlerin de tozunu silmesi için no-mop zone tanımlamadım. Islaklık oluşmadı. Kabloları bir şekilde atlıyor, takılsa bile kurtuluyor. Üst katta henüz denemedim. Merdivenden düşmeyeceğinden emin olunca onu da deneyeceğim. Alçak koltuk altları vb. genel temizliği bekleyebilir. Tasarım/renk: Tasarımı oldukça kullanışlı, parçaları kolay çıkarılıp takılıyor. Görünümünü de çok sevdik. Kedimiz beyazdı, beyaz tercih ettik ama siyah rengi de çok güzel görünüyor fotoğraf ve videolarda. Parkettiği yerde hiç gözümüze batmıyor. Hatta yakıştı evimize. Kedimiz Bulut da önceleri kaçıyordu, artık izlemeye başladı:) Genel Değerlendirme: Biz çok sevdik bu robotu. Umarım uzun süre bozulmaz ve birlikte tertemiz devam ederiz yaşamaya. Dyson Animal Pro-6 vardı, ondan da çok memnunuz ama artık eskisi kadar kullanmıyoruz. Pandemi döneminde ayda bir genel temizlik yaptırıyoruz. Robot çok iyi bir ara çözüm oldu. Evin uzun vadede tozlanmasını da azaltacak sanırım. Kedili, bahçeye çıkışı/girişi olan evler için büyük kolaylık olduğunu düşünüyoruz ailece. Yerde kırıntı, döküntü görmeye dayanamayan ve online çalıştığım için tüm gün evde, mutfak- açık salonda yaşayan bünyeme/psikolojime çok iyi geldi. Garanti: Amazon’a güvendik, umarım sorun yaşamayız. This is my honest review on this product. I bought this product because it does vaccum and mopping but trust me they have worst customer service. If you encounter any trouble with the product rest assured that no one will help. Not Amazon nor the seller. After about 4 months of constant trouble to find the seller I.e., Zeblaze seller I visited there Center today. Although my product was under warranty they charged me 800 rupees for replacing the front wheel. Also please note there is lack information about the product and they charge serving while in the warranty. So I believe warranty is just for name sake. Moreover, If you are new to this product then definitely you will look into service manual and the Zeblaze seller official video on YouTube to clean the product. Please note that the front wheel got damaged because I followed their instructions and then they mentioned it was my mistake. The way you followed was for old model roborock s5 not s5 max. My point is how will customer know so much in depth. Should not they mentioned properly. From my experience I would not suggest anyone to waste their money, time and energy on this rather go for something with better customer support. This is purely my experience , the seller Zeblaze and Amazon is worst place to buy this product. Although I am posting this on Amazon not sure whether my feedback will reflect here or not but Amazon is also not trust worthy as me and husband though we have Amazon in between and they will help us but trust me it is good for nothing. They did not provide any support but wasted our 3 months with no update later we only figured out sellers number. Do not buy from Amazon , do not buy from this seller. I would suggest do not buy roborock go for Rumba. Period.

Roborock s5 max is a great help in keeping home clean. creates maps by itself. works well. goes back to charging dock by itself. easy to remove the mop or dust bin. easy to clean and replace. water tank, dust bin and moping unit clicks into position easily. collects surprisingly good amount of dust every time. even after cleaning and moping entire ground floor, there remains around 70- 80 percent charge remaining in battery. you can select a single room to clean in mobile app, and robot comes to that room , cleans that room and goes back to charging dock after that. using the robock s5 max for around 2 months. last firm ware update was bad for my roborock. is seems to have reduced its navigation accuracy . behaves abnormally . problem not solved even after switching off and on.. had to do factory reset to stop abnormal behavior. hepa filter is still working well . but searching for a genuine replace. it seems almost impossible to get roborock hepa filter and some other accessories in india . hepa filter FOR roborock, from other manufacturers available easily... mobile app seems difficult to open some times...it says network is slow , please wait, even when there is strong internet. we can ask roborock to clean even in the absence of mobile. but to specify a particular room, to know remaining charge, to know cleaned area etc, app is useful...

Ürünü uzun araştırmalar ve kararsızlıklar sonucu kendim de yorumları okuyarak aldım. Bu yüzden buraya bir yorum bırakmayı değerli buluyorum. Roborock s5 max benim beklentilerimi karşıladı. Öncelikle avantajlarını yazmak istiyorum. Evdeki tozlanmayı gözle görülür ölçüde azaltıyor. Düzenli olarak robotun süpürmesi evdeki tozu belirgin oranda azaltıyor. Günlük belirlediğim alanları süpürüyor. Henüz silme yaptırmadığım için, silmesi konusunda bilgim yok. Evim büyük oranda halı ile kaplı olduğu için silme fonksiyonu şu an benim için çok mühim değil. Ürünü aldığım tarihten beri normal süpürgemi açmadım. Robotun çekiş gücü gayet iyi ve topladığı toza inanamıyorsunuz. Evde küçük bir bebek olduğu için yetişemediğim süpürme işini roborock yapıyor. Özellikle mutfağı her gün süpürmek yerdeki kırıntıyı ortadan kaldırıyor. Dezavantaj olarak zaman zaman belli alanlara takılması, köşelere girememesi, süpürme işleminin uzun sürmesi söylenebilir. Ben de ürünü alırken bu yorumları okumuştum. Evinizi öğrenirken bu tarz takılmaların normal olduğunu düşünüyorum. İlk birkaç sefer vitrinin altına girdi ve çıkamadı. Bir süre sonra öğreniyor ve hep aynı yere takılmıyor. Kıyı köşe ve dip bucak temizlik için ayda bir veya 2 haftada bir büyük süpürgenizi açmanız gerekebilir. Bu açıkçası benim için göze alınabilir bir senaryo. Yavaş olması ise aslında bir dezavantaj değil, sizin uğraşmayacağınız kadar git gel yaparak derinlemesine temizlik yapıyor. Belki de tozun büyük oranda azalma sebebi bu ince iş yapışıdır:-) Özetle eksik noktalarına rağmen benim ihtiyaçlarımı karşıladı. Robot süpürge çalışmadan yerdeki eşyaları toplamanız gerekiyor. Ben topladıktan sonra süpürmeyi robot yapacak olduktan sonra ben o kısma razıyım. Bunu olumsuz bir durum olarak yazan çok yorum gördüm. Oysa normalde hem toplayan hem süpüren siz oluyorsunuz. Robot süpürgeniz varsa siz düzenliyorsunuz, o da süpürüyor. Bence göze alınabilir bir senaryo. Özetle tavsiye ediyorum, özellikle roborock bu alanda oldukça ileri gitmiş bence. Amazon ürünümü oldukça hızlı bir sürede ve sağlam ulaştırdı.
