The best headphones i ever owned
I was searching for a looooong time for great headphones. I needed: 1. Noise Cancellation - the best headphones by far. Not one can compare. 2. Comfortable Fit - i use them daily at my work, and sometimes i forget they are on me. Super comfortable. I did notice sometimes after long hours you can feel a bit of heat, but it is a minor thing, just wanted to point that out. 3. Nice sound - i needed a really nice sound as i mix songs and being able to hear clear sounds was an imperative for me and boy did they deliver. For the price you pay it is amazing. 4. Look good - the look is nice. Black is just perfect for me. 5. Not insanely expensive. For AED 900 or $ 245 these are worth every penny, plus i have Alexa built in. 6. Durability - well i will leave this as pending until ready for an update. I definitely recommend these to anyone if it satisfies all or some of the points above. For me they are so far 6/6. Great Job Sony. Looking forward to more products. Don't think twice and just go for it.

Beats Bose QuietComfort 35
I am writing this review for other customers who may be wondering whether to buy these, or the Bose QC35. I have owned the QC35 (Mac I) and I definitely prefer Sony. The price difference plays into my preference. Overall, I would go for Sony if you have a more eclectic music style, and you need to switch between midtones or bass. Bose is great if you're just into midtones. I also like the replaceable earpads of Bose QC35. More on why I went for Sony this time round: 1) Sony WH are more versatile. I liked QC35 handles mid-tones really and they fail when it comes to Bass. Sony can handle both. Switch off the default EQ settings through the app the moment you get them, and you're good to go. 2) Sony WH are comfortable to the skin. When touching the materials, Sony WH might feel somewhat cheaper than the QC35. After using them for two weeks now, I can say that you should not trust your fingers -- put them on. I found that I can wear the Sony much longer than I could wear the QC35 3) Better bubble effect -- yes, the noise cancellation beats QC35I by far. That comes at a price though -- your ears are also int the bubble and they may... ehm... heat up a little bit. 4) Price -- I bought the Sony WH at 870-ish aed. QC35II were at 1400aed at the time. I didn't feel they were worth the price difference. Happy hunting!

Amazing high quality product, but...
I'm a high frequent traveler, noise cancellation headset is my first third thing to pack after my passport and my wallet. Sony WH-1000XM3 is the second noise cancellation headset. over all its deliver what i've expected. but i have some comparison with the previous one. some people like the manual volume control specially in the airplane - and I'm one of them. when you remove the cable it will turn off which annoying and you have to switch on again, if there is an option on the app whci you can control the auto switch off, that will be amazing. all in all, it's worth the price, deliver what's consider one of the best noise cancellation in the market. and i don't regret having it.

Best noise cancelling, sound, functionality, but noise cancelling in general is not for meetings
My favourite noise cancelling headset. However, for new users of noise cancelling headsets, these category of headsets are not so comfortable on the ears for long daily use. And the mic is not the best quality if you are planning to attend meetings when you have background noise or outdoors. For meetings, jabra evolve 65 is the best. Another note that might be a mistake from my side, when I try to disable the noise cancelling from the app, after a while it is enabled automatically.

Amazing Product. Worth the Money.
Superb product. The noise cancellation is amazing. Its very convenient as well - it has 3 modes which allows 3 levels of ambient noise to be heard. Touch operations makes it very easy to use. I wanted this product to enable me to work in a noisy environment, but at the same time giving the flexibility to quickly cater to peoples requests. The product provides exactly that. And of course, it's great with music too.

Excellent sound very confortable
I am not a fan of Sony. I am impressed with these headphones. They look cheap and plastic but the comfort, sound and easiness of pairing and operation is great. The sound is emphasizing the low bass, whiteout being excessive, still clear and detailed. They are comfortable to wear and they do not over heat. Like all closed over the ears they tend to heat up and a break is required from time to time. Bluetooth connection is impeccable without interruption and with decent operating distance. They connect with a phone/table through a specific application which allows pushing firmware updates and minor tweaks. Extremely satisfied good value.

Great set of headphones. Though, might not be the best suited for office environment.
Genuine article. Works great. May sound obvious given that the noise cancelation feature is really great, but Im not really sure if these are the best headphones you can buy for an office environment. The only problem for me with this headphones is really that is cancels actually too much of the sound surrounding me at the office. This can be an issue as sometimes its important to hear what your colleagues are speaking or when they call you to say something.

Man...these are amazing. I just used them through a trip to Japan, HongKong, and Macau and they were super comfortable and nice to have. They fit amazingly well and sound incredible. They also block out a ton of noise and if you play any sound/music, you wonāt even notice other sounds. I was in places with crying babies and stuff and these things were so good. Also, they are easy to clean. Just take a wet wipe and cream them easily. They also charged super fast and lasted a very long time. I got these for this recent trip but I had no idea that I would actually like these so much as my daily driver. I didnāt know I could sync them up to the Apple TV when I bought them. So now, these have become my fav pair of headphones. I wear them around the house, work, and during travel. Make sure you read how to pair them with multiple devices, itās easy. Lots of people seem to be confused about that, include famous YouTubers who reviewed these. Also, when you enter a noisy environment like an airplane, make sure you go into the settings and calibrate them to your environment. It made a difference for me sometimes when it measures some stuff and provided a better noise cancellation. I didnāt think I was a Bluetooth type of person, I usually prefer corded headphones but yea once I tried these and realized how freeing it is just to move around in the house and listen to my music or Apple TV without any issues, I fell in love. One thing about quality, I highly recommend that you try these over cheaper products. I know money is an issue with this purchase because they arenāt cheap. I did try multiple cheaper brands and the noise cancellation and music quality to be sub-par. You so get what you pay for with these. I feel like if I take care of them, these will last me a very long time and because they are so nice, comfortable, stylish, and great sounding, I will actually use them. I have another wired set of planar headphones which I got so that I could listen to music at home, but I never use them because they are heavy and they tether me to the area Iām in. I didnāt consider the freeing nature of cordless but itās amazing and you will use these far more than you think you will. Just get em. Iād youāre in the market, trust me, just get them. Also, Iām gonna upload a video review on YouTube...so come check it out search for āAman Bansilā and youāll find my channel.

You get what you pay for. Best quality overall, connects even to a 10 meter range. Instead of wasting money on cheap ones, invest in good quality headphones. It'll pay off in the long run.

I've never had an "expensive" pair of headphones before. These are amazing. Since the day I got them, I've been practically living in them. I have a lot of online meetings for work, so they get used all day for that. Then at night I use them for watching shows, podcasts, music, audiobooks, etc. They connect easily to both my laptop and phone. The noise cancelling feature works really well, so now even when I'm doing the dishes or vacuuming, I can listen to music. I like the fact that you can put your palm on the side of them to mute them when talking to someone in person. Or double-tap to pause. The swipe controls work really well. The mic is very clear and just as good as my old headset that had a mic extension in front of my face. These are so comfortable and light that I often forget I'm wearing them (like I will look for them and then realize I'm wearing them). With other headsets, I've had weird pressure points on or behind my ears, so wearing them for extended periods wasn't possible. I can literally wear these from morning to night without issue. The battery lasts a looong time. If I have a full charge in the morning, I can get a full day with them, plus the next day until the end of my work day. So almost 2 fulls days with heavy use. And they don't take long to charge, either. Like an hour or two, max? I like that they will tell you how much batter is left. The case is well made and easy to use. I take them to work every day, so that's important to me. I wish the included usb-c cable was a few cms longer, but it's not a deal-breaker. The only thing that I would really wish for would be the ability to mute the microphone during calls. Seems like a weird oversight on Sony's part. I've had them for about 8 months now. Recently I've noticed that about a minute after turning them on, they turn themselves off. Once I've turned them back on, they stay on for good. This doesn't happen every time (maybe one in 3 or 4 times?), but it's worrying. I hope this isn't indicating a problem that's going to get worse.
