It's not too sweet, not chewy like most brittle. I love the texture filled with crushed pistachios! I'll definitely buy it again!

I could see serving these possibly at a dinner party with coffee and dessert. Very tasty and delicate

The brittle is no where as thick as it in the pictures. It is way too sweet, too thin, and way too brittle.

Worth the money Individually wrapped but most of all delicious

Rather expensive for a product that has some shell fragments in many of the pieces.

These are good if you like Potassios.

Overall the brittle was good. I recently went to Italy and had the same brittle. These were a little more sugary but still good overall. The items in Italy were lighter and less sticky on your teeth. I would buy them again as they are a nice treat to eat and still better than most of the candy and all sugar brittle on the market today.

Not as sweet as peanut brittle, I was a little disappointed. I used to know this older couple that made brittle every year and would make a special batch of pistachio brittle for me. But it was nowhere near as good as theirs....
