I needed a new keyboard with a low profile key. This fits that bill perfectly, but the spacing of the keys needs time to adjust to. They are closer than other keyboards I've had. That's not a bad thing once you get used to it, BUT the one thing that is driving me crazy is a lock screen key located near the minus sign on the number pad. As the keys are all low profile, sliding your finger to locate the - key will easily lock the screen. I think that should have a combo control feature - like lock + shift or something.The keys are very responsive and easy to press, which is something I was looking for. The spacing between the keys is a little off for me as well.

I have this keyboard and it’s really nice - slim, lightweight, quiet, feels nice under the fingers. HOWEVER - as someone else pointed out, there is absolutely no way to lock the function keys!! I actually use the F1, F2, etc keys and almost never use the volume keys for work. I like the keyboard otherwise so I’ve just clipped down the “fn” key (see picture) as a “manual” fn lock lol.

If you want to press F1 to F12 you need to hold the fn key as well. There is no solution from hp to fix this.
