As happens with rechargeable batteries, useful life drops over time/usage/recharges. Our medium hair density/thickness dog needed an end of winter clipping, and our Wahl pet clippers bogged down much a good bit sooner than in past clippings. Why buy a new clipper/dispose of this one when a T20, IIRC, and a smallish hex key/allen wrench will disassemble the clippers enough that the battery is accessible, and its 2-pin connector can be undone from it's onboard connection? While the clipper was disassembled, I thoroughly cleaned the innards, got rid of trapped dog hair, cleaned the blade assy, replaced the old btty with this new btty, reassembled, plugged it in, and after successfully charging, very lightly oiled and exercised the blade and lever assy. Wipe down, and doggo got a fresh cut with a restored, Wahl pet clipper, for something like 20% of the cost of a new clipper. Remains to be seen what type of life this battery will show, and, when that time comes, I'll check that against the install date I wrote on the battery with a fine-point Sharpie before installing in the clipper.

So far so good. Ive let it charge to full capacity and no issues so far. Feels powerful when I turn it on. It might be an upgrade above stock because i don't remember my clippers feeling this strong in a long time. Clipped right in to my magic clip socket. I've seen some reviews mentioned it has a different connection, but it could also be different generations of magic clips used different ports. I don't know, but it works my my magic clip which I purchased in 2015.

Was let down by these. If you have the new version of the Seniors with Lithium batteries, you’re paying 25 dollars for ~25% more battery life. Which would be fine, except the battery doesn’t seem to register right with the charge port or the motherboard. So you can leave it on the charger for a couple hours, but it still won’t charge much, and still give out in the middle of the second cut after charging, even though it should have charged to full. So, a bit let down. I’m checking to see if the issue is something to do with the machine, and not the battery. But I have my doubts. Others have had great success with it. YMMV.

I've done a couple of cuts and it's held up the charge . It even seems like it's a new clippers

This was a perfect fit for Wahl Magic Clipper 8195L. Just note the battery orientation when removing the old one based on which end the wire extends from and follow that when installing the new one. I questioned some reviewers saying they thought that the new battery made their clippers run with more "power" - but this turned out to be true, and battery life is at least increased by 25%. No problem charging and running, and that's the test I suppose.

I've been using my Magic Clip Metal Edition with crappy original battery from Wahl, after i replace Wahl battery with this Tomb45 Battery, OMG my clipper works a lot more powerful and i think anyone should replace their old gen Wahl clippers battery with this one!

Thought it would help replace my old whal senior battery, it simply didn't work at all. Still no refund.
