ESTON Remanufactured Printhead Replacement for 11 Printhead C4810A C4811A C4812A C4813A (Black,Cyan,Magenta,Yellow-4 Pack)

Purchased this just for the Cyan as it was cheaper to buy the just 1 HP print head. Installed print head into my plotter and it works great. They event sent me a follow up email to see if I had any issues. I will definitely by other products from ESTON

Horrible. Clogged on arrival. Couldn't complete printhead alignment. Printer complained of low print quality right away. Returned for refund.

The price is right, especially if all four replacement printheads had worked properly. Unfortunately the Cyan printhead was bad and would not work in the printer. Fortunately my old Cyan printhead still had ink in it so I was able to use three of the four printheads. I guess for the price, three out of four is not too bad? It would be nice if they would send me a new Cyan printhead.

Received print heads in a timely manner. Had an issue with one of the heads in which after initial installation the unit quit printing.

Shipment arrived in good order and on time. Everything installed fine and worked good.

When I opened the package to the black printhead there was ink everywhere and after I cleaned off the ink and put it in the carriage it reads that there’s an error is there any way to get a replacement for the black? I can also send the defective one back if needed. The color printheads all work great tho!

These worked well for a little over a month and now 3 of the 4 aren't working. I don't think we will buy again. :(
