Great flavor and long shelf life.
Get all the umami bang in a more stable, long lasting formulation. I love miso. My wife, not so much. So I only use it when cooking for myself. The traditional miso seems to linger forever in the fridge and get trapped in the back and out of my mind. This is right next to all my other spices and top of mind to use.

Great seasoning for salads, veg, and protein. The flavors of Nobu’s style borrow culinary perspectives from Japanese and Peruvian cookery, part of which perhaps created this beast of a seasoning. It has the distinct flavor of Hikari Miso that appears in a few of Nobu’s signature dishes. Add this to your cabinets, folks. You won’t regret it. For further discussion on use of the seasoning, I suggest to visit a Nobu restaurant or inquire the recipe books offered by him. Cheers.

Make Nobu’s signature salad at home
This lets me make Nobu’s signature salad, dried miso baby spinach salad. It is an easy way to add savory flavor and texture (different from miso dressing) to a salad.

Delicious
This is a very tasty product. The first thing I used it in was a meatloaf. I normally use my spice grinder packed with pink Himalayan salt, whole black peppercorns, dried bay leaves, granulated garlic, and granulated celery. I replaced the salt with this Miso. It was amazing!! Great product at a great price.
