Q: Are these good for electric glass top stoves & doesn't scratch?

This is a great pan. The ceramic finish requires almost no oil and is so easy to clean. The exterior is like a smooth enamel with a smooth, flat base. I have a gas stove but see no reason why it wouldn't be a success on your glass top stove.

Q: Does it come with a lid?

No it does not come with a lid.

Q: Can this be used on induction stove top?

I would say no, induction stovetops require pans that are magnetic so Id look specifically for cookware made for an induction stove.
