Worth every penny
I don’t write many reviews but for these I have to. They are absolutely fantastic and worth the extra money over the one size fits all insoles. Since they are size specific, the arch support can be placed where needed for each size individually. These feel very comfortable and they give your shoes a springy feel. I went for a short run today and my mile pace was approx 30 seconds faster than usual. Best part, no calf pain, no joint pain after and I just feel better overall after the run. 10 out of 10. I’ve already recommended them to two people personally.

Great for plantar fasciitis/ running
The best insole I’ve had for running. FSA eligible. Decent cushion and great support for plantar fasciitis (firm arch support). These are used to replace an existing insert that came with the shoe, not to go on top of the original.

Great but tough on arches
Ive been running on these for a bit now and they have been a huge help softening the pounding. I had bad back pain from running in the spring. New shoes did not do the trick but new shoes with these inserts did. My only complaint is how harsh these are on your arches. I ran yesterday without socks and came back nearly bleeding from all the intense rubbing on the arches. The arch support has always been more intense than desired but now I know for sure it’s necessary to wear socks. Tolerable with socks running today but I’ll have burn marks on my arches for some time.

Hawk
These inserts are great. I am a retired Marine and being over 65 I still ren like I am in my 20s, little slower but still push 3 to 5 miles. I have New Balance running shoes. Great shoes but crappy insoles. Why they put these thin things in the shoes I do not know. The Dr Scholl's I have gives me more cushion and comfort. They make the biggest difference in the world. They are expensive but worth the price. Semper Fi

Repackaged and more expensive Dr Scholls running insoles
These are the same thing as the Dr Scholl's running insoles but instead of cut to fit they are sized and way more expensive. Now I know why they discontinued the running insoles, so they could charge more for these. Although the color scheme is different they appear identical in other aspects. Despite the fact the cost went up, very happy I can still get them! Been wearing for years and they go in every pair of my shoes including running, hiking, and hunting. Awesome inserts, still cheaper then some of the other brands that want $50. Edit* These are actually lower quality then the old running version (which were lower priced) as the top liner comes off with hard use. They've held up ok in running and everyday shoes, but in hiking boots the liner peels off and what's left is kinda sticky, not as comfortable. Disappointed...

Best Running Inserts
If you want arch support and you run, these are the best I've ever used. If you haven't gotten your feet used to staunch arch support they might be a little uncomfortable at first, but they helped get rid of my plantar fasciitis.

Helps with my arthritic knee
I have arthritis underneath my knee cap and this has helped a lot. I use it in my hiking boots and it supports my arch without lifting my heel (a source of pain with other insoles). I do lots of hiking and walking, and this did take a week or 2 for my legs to adjust, but once they did the insoles were perfect. I’ve got several sets in my other shoes. I’m a 7.5-8 in women’s shoes and these fit without trimming.

Not worth spending more vs. Cheaper Dr. Scholls running insoles
I am a fan of the Dr. Scholl’s TRI-COMFORT Insoles, which sells for $15. I have used them for years and has helped me with pain relief and provides great cushioning during running. This product which is 3 X the price of the cheaper version is being advertised as a customized insole for every shoe size. I happened to order 2 different sizes to check it out. I noticed that they are both being made in 1 size and then factory cut to a smaller size. There is no difference in the location of the arch support...which is where I was hoping for with customization. Given the difference in price, I was also hoping for better cushioning. After testing both side by side several times, I could not see a discernable difference between the two. It is still a good product. The reason for the 1 star is due to the higher price...which appears to be a marketing gimmick to charge a higher price. I cant speak for the durability of the product. The way I see it...I can replace the cheaper insoles 3 times vs. this one.

Dr. Scholl's Performance insoles are decent, but they could have been a bit thicker. I had to use an additional heel pain insole for added cushioning, as these didn't provide as much support as I had hoped.
