I picked up this second bottle after finishing my first one, and I’ve been using it consistently for about a month now as part of my morning routine. I usually take them with coffee before starting work, mostly to cover any gaps in my diet since I don’t always eat perfectly balanced meals. Overall, they’ve been easy to stick with. The taste is actually pleasant without being overly sweet, and I like that they include Omega 3, which I normally forget to take separately. Energy-wise, I feel more stable throughout the day, especially on busy workdays. Pros: • Includes Omega 3 (DHA/EPA), which many gummies don’t have • Contains methylfolate instead of folic acid • Good mix of vitamins (D3, B12, Zinc, etc.) • Easy to take daily, no aftertaste Cons: • You need to take multiple gummies per serving • Slightly sticky texture in warmer weather Compared to other gummy vitamins I’ve tried, this feels more complete nutritionally, especially with the added CoQ10 and Omega 3. Verdict: This is a solid option for anyone who prefers gummies but still wants a more comprehensive daily supplement without adding multiple pills.

I specifically buy these because they include CoQ10 and Omega-3, which isn’t common in most multivitamins. It saves me from having to take additional supplements. They taste great and don’t upset my stomach at all. Overall, a really convenient and high-quality multivitamin.

These taste great and do not make me nauseated. And they have all the things I need like extra vitamin D and the B vitamins. I’m happy with these. Will continue to order them.

These taste like my memory of fruity pebble cereal. Flipping delicious! That being said it could be really dangerous if little ones were to get a hold of these because they taste like candy. I wish I could include a scratch and sniff for you but alas I can only give you the fruity pebbles simile. They are a great size, a little pricey but for quality and being made in the USA it’s worth it. Definitely recommend

Update: These are NOT for people fighting Candida overgrowth. I cycled into Candida overgrowth territory nearly two months ago and for the last 10 days I have been eating completely clean and taking antifungal essential oils that typically work, but this time, my eczema rages on undeterred. I finally checked the ingredients on the bottle and the first two ingredients are Organic Cane Sugar and Tapioca syrup. I probably ignored that before, thinking 'how much sugar could gummy vitamins have?" And now I know the answer: enough to keep Candida overgrowth raging in the face of a powerful antifungal cocktail taken 2-3 times a day. Smarty Pants I Love ya but I gotta switch to a multi with no sugar -- Update: I've been taking these for a week now, and I don't taste fish oil -- I think it was all in my mind because of the review I read. All I taste is yummy! Sadly, there were no lemon-flavored gummies in my bottle, but I'll live. I've eaten many more than recommended this first week so I'm probably down to an 18-20 day supply rather than 30. But I'm slowly weening myself down to the daily recommended amount of 6 per day......Nah, maybe next bottle! I don't think one can overdose on vitamins but if it was possible, these would be the bait -- they are yummy. I read another review about the sugar covering the fish oil; to me, they taste more tangy than sweet. And because I read that review, I detect a hint of fish oil taste; not sure I would have noticed otherwise. I bought these because I was guided to take a hair vitamin with Vitamin K and Biotin. There was another here on Amazon that had both but it had high dosages of everything and a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor once told me Western supplements use much higher doses than are necessary. For example, this formula has 100% RDA of Biotin instead of 888 gazillion %. I've learned that more is not always better -- its just more. I'll report back about hair growth in a month or so.
