Selects No Salt Added Chunk White Albacore Tuna, 4.5oz, 12-Pack

Love this tuna! This is the only tuna that doesn’t have any fishy taste nor any fishy odor. The sodium level in this tuna is low, which is a plus if you’re watching your sodium. One can of this tuna drained has 30 g of protein. The quality of this tuna is excellent compared to all the other tuna that I’ve consumed before. The price of this tuna is very reasonable, especially for its quality and the fact that you’re buying it on Amazon grocery. At the end of the day, I don’t need to squeeze lemon on the tuna hide any fishy taste or odor.

I’m so-o-o-o glad I discovered this NO SALT NO OIL tuna. I’m a pescatarian and thoroughly enjoy tuna salad sandwiches, tuna added into a green salad and tuna casseroles. Very economical!

This is perfect for a low sodium diet! Keep it on hand all the time. Only problem is the price; it has nearly doubled since I started using it.

I love fish and frequently eat salads with canned tuna. The bad thing about most canned tuna is that the fish in usually not tuna but a lessor fish in the same "family" like skipjack or similar. Also, most canned tuna, whether it be in water, which I prefer, or oil, the contents is usually very "runny" with more liquid than tuna. The consistency of most canned tuna is usually in very small pieces as though it had been run through a blender, and the color is often dark and/or grayish. One more thing is the HIGH sodium content, and this is something I have to watch very closely due to high blood pressure. Most canned tuna is in the area of 365 mg/can (serving) of sodium whereas this product is "65mg," that's almost 80% less!!! This product is a very high grade of either tuna or albacore, there is almost no water in the can, the color of the "meat" is very light and almost white, it is highly compacted, almost solid, and the taste is fantastic. Yes, it does cost about $0.50/can more but it is worth every penny. On a scale of 1 to 10, this is at least a "9." If you like tuna (canned) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this product.

I have ordered a few times! I get because it truly is low salt! Canned tuna is usually very salty so I have to add water and squeeze the salt out. I give 4 stars because cans came damaged. The deliveries need quality control badly! Ok value, good taste and not fishy smell

This StarKist no-salt-added albacore tuna is a great choice if you’re trying to eat cleaner. It’s high in protein, low in sodium, and works well for salads or quick meals.  The trade-off is flavor—it’s pretty plain without added salt, so you’ll likely need to season it yourself. Bottom line: Great for health-conscious eating, just expect to add your own flavor.

I have ordered this before and I am happy with the product and would have happy if it had been delivered to my house and not someone' else's.
