Got my son a Grade 9(High A*) very close to exam style questions.

This is really good for revision for computer science gcse, it’s practise papers so you can see exactly what to expect when you come to sit your gcse. I got these for my son who just chose computer science for his gcse options

Contains two full sets of GCSE practice papers for Computer Science, and answers book with mark scheme and hints. Useful for exams in 2022 and beyond. I've got these before but in different subjects, they're very handy to see what the actual exam might be like and the types of questions asked. There is a practice set A, papers 1 & 2, and a practice set B, papers 1 & 2. They are exactly the same as an exam paper will be. The questions are mostly written questions with the marks per question clearly given. Paper 1 is based on Computer Systems, and Paper 2 on Computational thinking, algorithms and programming. The instructions and answer booklet is clear and easy to understand, and you can estimate your grade by marking your papers. Great value for money, and I'll definitely be getting more in other subjects.

Very useful package that has inside two practice exam papers, laid out as the official papers are, with a separate book containing detailed answers, etc. An excellent practice and revision aid.

Each exam is 90mins long and the courses are split into two papers so all together there is 6 hours of exam questions. The questions cover a very wide range for the subject. For the price the set represents good value and should be a useful aid for GCSE learning.

The practice exams are presented as the real exam papers are. They do have the look and real of a proper exam. There is a separate booklet containing all the detailed fully worked answers.
