I was changing from a but toaster oven to this product. i love it. The color is beautiful (also decided to re decorate with a small thing.) it works great and even toasts my bagel just perfectly. 3 thumbs up!

that you cannot depend on the toasting number to be the same each time.... I toasted some bread on level three and the next two pieces came out black. not dependable for serving several pieces of toast to a family of four. very very disappointed.

This toaster is remarkable it even feels different when you push the lever down. It is very simple yet stands out. The toast comes out perfectly, so very easy to use it even comes with a small brush to clean off crumb tray. The feature that appeals to me is most is that the crumb tray isn’t removable the last toaster I had the tray broke and I used foil paper under it until I received this one. Great toaster! Definitely a great buy!
