The different levels of resistance are ideal. You can begin with the mild and progress through each level. Currently, I need to do physical therapy, and these tools help me keep my arm loose when I can't go to therapy. They are definitely worth purchasing.

Each of the four tubs comes with a different resistance level, clearly color-coded from extra-soft to firm, which makes it easy to progress as hand strength improves. I started with the softer putty after a wrist injury and gradually worked up to the firmer ones. It’s reassuring to know I can keep building strength at my own pace. Great for Rehab as it helps get the hands and fingers working again. This was a great purchase as it graduates from soft to hard. Perfect for hand therapy.

Recently I've been going to PT for carpal tunnel of my right hand. One of the exercises given was to use puddy to strengthen my hand. I ordered this set and it has worked quite well for my needs. The assorted pressure points make it easy to exercise my hand. As time goes on and I get my strength back I will move up onto the more challenging puddy in the sequence. I'm happy with this product and recommend it. The price is affordable and delivery was quick and easy.

Great option

It has been very helpful for me to regain my hand strength. I love the different strength options depending how weak or how strong you are feeling. My daughter uses it to ease her anxiety and improve her handwriting.
