Why does the back of magnesium pills photo say 500mg but the description says 250 mg?

I think the title is just wrong. The 500 mg has a picture of the 250 mg and vice versa. I got the correct product :)

Why all the additives?

The additives are so everything is preserved n dnt go bad n become poisonous
