Small grains
These are not the large wild rice grains , I had previously bought but Amazon no longer sell. This one needs a little more rinsing as the water turns a little Grey compared to the previous wild rice I had which was grade A I think. I'm not sure what grade this rice is. Also it appears to require a shorter cooking time if you don't want the rice to upon up almost mushy. Here I go again the previous wild rice I had was more resistant to popping completely open and held its shape well. Given the expense of this rice and its not even organic I would not purchase again. The seller is good but would not buy again. There are different grades of wild rice and may be worth checking with seller if you're looking for specific 'features' in this rice.

Purchased this July 20th for £53, today is August 18th, it’s now £83. Absolute rip off. Stay away. Besides the price robbery, quality is decent

Great texture and flavor. Authentic wild rice. Would order again. Great for nursing moms who want to increase or maintain their milk.
